I when I moved here from the midwest, I thought that the people here had absolutely no taste, because that people were actually paying for cheaply constructed, poorly designed, condos with granite countertops sitting on particle board. The architecture in this area is generally horrific, and these "new construction" houses are not much better. Glad to see that someone share's my opinion and I'm not just being a "midwest snob", ha ha ha

We are definitely not into them! The Twenty Five on the Park has a great location too! Those places aren't even finished, and it's a drag to see empty city space where people could be living. Not the best condos, but not the worst (I'm thinking of the Cobrizo as the worst). Still, when I walked up and tapped on the red panels in between the units, the metal buckled and it was clear the wood was plain ol' particle board. Sigh.

The exterior of 25 of the Park may be ultra-trendy particleboard that's going to look pretty sad after 10 years or northwest rain, but think of all of the great things you can do with the unfinished interior.

Better hope you get a swell deal on one of these turkeys, because you'll be spending a lot of time at Lowe's buying drywall, paint, plumbing, and electrical fixtures before your new pad is livable.
