I remember when these were rentals in 2001 before the condo glut then. I think these were built as condos. Anyway they were crappy rentals too. I was stunned when they converted them back into condos and people actually bought them.

Those tringulated overhangs are going do look really dingy–possibly even Soviet Empire dingy–once they get covered with a thick layer of crud.
