Seriously, all you need to know about this building is that Paul Schell — yes, our world-class incompetent former mayor — apparently has a place here.

Of course, he can’t be bothered to come back and live in the mess he’s helped created. During the WTO lawsuits trial, he got to do his testifying via videotape from Palm Springs. You or I would have had to be there on the stand, but Schell is too good for that treatment.

And obviously only properly tagged white county cars are allowed to use the parking out front. You can tell about what the total budget for the facility was, cuz the obligatory “public arts” project is actually the Klee sign.

BTW Kee is a Thai word meaning shit. At the last minute the developer threw in the “L” in a feeble attempt to avoid the obvious… It was too late to change the color…
