		<description>This wasn&#039;t built from the ground up, so the condo converter can&#039;t be blamed for the shape of the building.  This &quot;developer&quot; did a bunch of these around the neighborhood - all in the same colors with the same native landscaping.  Some are condos.  Some are left as rentals.  They bought old 60&#039;s flat-roof builidings, replaced the plumbing/wiring, put hardi on the outside, did the typical stainless/granite kitchens.  I toured one.  If I were to buy a condo, and i wouldn&#039;t, but if I did, I&#039;d rather have something like this than most of the mid-rise crap that&#039;s being built.</description>
