This wasn’t built from the ground up, so the condo converter can’t be blamed for the shape of the building. This “developer” did a bunch of these around the neighborhood – all in the same colors with the same native landscaping. Some are condos. Some are left as rentals. They bought old 60′s flat-roof builidings, replaced the plumbing/wiring, put hardi on the outside, did the typical stainless/granite kitchens. I toured one. If I were to buy a condo, and i wouldn’t, but if I did, I’d rather have something like this than most of the mid-rise crap that’s being built.

David, Where do you buy “native landscaping” like this now that Chubby & Tubby is closed? :O)
