    One night we snuck over to Vertigo with a large sharpie to vandalize their lawn billboard, the one that said something like “The city is a game of tag, and this is home base” — but when we got there, it had already been graffitied.

    This building needs to be torn down. It’s a moldy mess. Prime spot for a developer to rebuild. While your at it, re-do that halfway house with an interior courtyard so the residents can hack and gag and giggle to their hearts’ content out of sight of taxpayers.
